Kolsvart Roding Swedish Candy Fish, Raspberry

Yes, more gummy fish to indulge on. Remember Swedish Fish in the blue and yellow bag? Forget those, Kolsvart Roding Swedish Candy Fish are the REAL deal. They’re vegan (duh), gluten-free, and made without any artificial stuff, just pure raspberry flavor that’s so good it’ll ruin regular candy for you. Fun fact: they’re named after Arctic Char (Roding in Swedish) because of their red color. Perfectly chewy and naturally sweet, they make an awesome snack when you’re craving something fruity. Honestly, once you try these, you won’t even miss the old-school ones. Yup!

BonBon Gummy Fish Candy, Sour Blackberry

I tried BonBon candy sometime back and it did not disappoint. On a trip to the MoMA Design Store, I spotted these gummies by the register and decided to give them a try. What immediately caught my eye was the Vegan label, finding good vegan gummy candy can be a challenge these days. These gummies have a vibrant hue and a delightful balance of sweetness and tartness, delivering a burst of berry bliss with every chew. While they’re labeled as blackberry-flavored, I found the taste closer to raspberry or grape. They weren’t as sour as I expected, and I’m still deciding if that’s a pro or a con but they’re undeniably tasty! Now I’m curious to try their other flavors like Wild Strawberry, Elderflower, and Peach, all sour varieties. If they’re anything like these, I’m sure they’ll be just as good!
